If you are using XP Pro you just need to click on the Security Tab in the properties for your Drive/Folder/Application and set the appropiate security levels.

If you are using XP Home then the security tab is not available unless you boot into safe mode. You can use google to search how to enalble folder security on XP home outside of safe mode but anything that you find will probally be in violation of the EULA for XP.

I'm using Windows XP Pro. I made a google search about it and realized I have to uncheck "Use Simple File Sharing" under folder options! I was curious why I could not see those settings in the first place :)
