Smart Card - View/Edit SLE4442

I have an ACR30 USB and am trying to use CardEasy with an SLE4442 card. I have the version available here, http://www.didya.com/faqs.asp?faqid=85, but I’m receiving errors like “Unexpected error = -1099”, “Reset fail! code = -1099”, and “Card reset fail, OpenSession= -1099”.

Does anyone have any ideas or know where to find the latest version of CardEasy?

Thanks,
