Visit link bwlow and download CMOS password resetter.
Use it to reset your password and then enable USB in BIOS.

Hi!

If it is posible try this
Unplug your cpu power cable and remove cpu cover and remove the CMOS battery for a few minits(aprox.10-15) . Then fix them all back and reboot the computer
This will clear your BIOS password so then you can enable the USB drive.

Hope this will work for you
goodluck.

Wow, now that's what I call a late answer. ^^
Anyway, if it's disabled in BIOS, it will probably be near impossible to activate it in this way from within the Operating Systems. (Not that I'm an expert, but I know a few things in that area.) What you could do is enable it in BIOS but disable it within the Operating System. The difference is, that if you start another OS, it will still be enabled with the second route but not with the first.

Mind you, I don't know how to do that, but I'm sure you can find information on Google with the right search terms. Or maybe somebody here knows something about it.

By the way, what language are you going to be using?

Greetings,
Nepomuk
