DCOM Event ID 10016

I understand that this error has to deal with the user not being able to start Machine Debugger Manager, I also have read about how to resolve this issue utilizing the Component Services snap in. However, do I really want/need everyone to have the ability to start MDM? Should I simply add mydomain\Everyone to Launch and Activation Permissions? Any insight would be appreciated.

Essentially I would just like to know if I would be doing anything detrimental if I allowed everyone the ability to start MDM. This is on a Win 2k3 SP2 system running terminal services.

I have given "Everyone" permission remote and local Launch and Activation permissions as well as local Access, but I still seeing the COM errors when the user goes to start MDM.exe. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this may still occur? Should I try giving users the needed permissions individually as opposed to using "Everyone?"
