limited connectivity or no connection

Hello,
In my office one pc is showing "limited connectivity or no connection" at notification area, if we repair also same problem, but if we PING its pinging, firewall is disabled. what else the problem could be...

i would contact whoever provides your internet service, maybe they are having problems.

there could be something wrong with the switch/router you are connected to

Are you getting a good browsing or downloading speed? If not then you are far from the trasmitter and that is why 'limited connectivity ...' is showing.

Even with 'limited connectivity', you can ping but it doesn't mean you have a good connection.

how is he going to download something if he has limited or no connectivity? all my experiences with this type of situation you cannot access the internet at all.
