How to add new user to the SAM file?

Hi,

Few days ago I got a new laptop from my company. However, I have only limited user account. Its almost useless for me without admin account. So I have tried to use www.loginrecovery.com and LCP tool to find admin password, but without success, because it has strong password. I know that because our system administrator asks from each employer to use at least 8 characters long password that contains chars and numbers.
I know that there exists some programs that reset administrator's password but I can't do it.

I thought that I can add new user with administrator's privilegies directly to the SAM file. I have used NTFS DOS to copy SAM file on other PC, but I don't know how to insert new user account.

Is there any tool that can help with this?

Regards
