Hai, am Biju from Bangalore I need some system admin interview questions and answers and also some tips in Win 2003 server

The best tip I can offer is: read documentation.

The second tip is to learn to find documentation on your problem, and then read it.

The third tip is to read documentation.

The fourth tip would be create a dev system where you can set up a system to break it, and find documentation on how to fix it (see a pattern?).
