group policies not replicating to BDC

ry54770
hello all,

i am new to "thescripts.com", and i have a question about group policies that i have created on my primary DC not replicating to the BDCs on my network. i took the PDC offline about 2 days ago and now when i go to the BDC which should now be functioning as the PDC, i don't see any of the group policies that i created. i use GPMC and when i'm looking at the BDC, i view the Default Group Policy some stuff is missing, like under the security tab, i don't see all of the account info. If anyone has any suggestions, I appreciate your help.
