How to use visual basic in microsoft outlook express

I'm trying to write this code in tools-macro-visual basic editor..

it is not working ...

in reality my question is HOW MAY I SEND WITH MY EMAIL USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK EXPRESS a message box asking the person to confirm that he received my email ????

I believe there is a setting in your outlook that will accomplish what you are trying to do.

I think if you go to send a new e-mail, its under options. Or you can search the help feature of outlook for what you are looking for, but im positive you don't need to write code to do this, its already there.
