Selecting the logon/logoff options has been disabled

Hello World

How can I change from the classic logon prompt to welcome screen? I cannot use the Welcome Screen (fast user switching) because the client services for netware (i don't know what it is) has disabled it. And also, in order to restore these features, I must uninstall the client services for netware. I checked it from the add/remove programs but i cannot find client services or even the netware. Any idea?

give this a shot:

To uninstall the NetWare client, perform these steps:
Open the Network Connections windows (Start, Settings, Network Connections).
Right-click the "Local Area Connection" and select Properties.
Select Novell Client for Windows 2000 or Novell Client for Windows XP.
Click the Uninstall button. Confirm the prompts for removing the Novell Client.
You might be prompted to restart the computer. If so prompted, restart the computer and removal is complete. If you're not prompted to restart, then removal is complete.
good luck
