Partitioning in Vista?

Does anybody knows a good (free) program to create and resize partitions in windows vista? I tried the build-in one, but that didn't work out very well.

Use Prtition Magic for this purpose.
PM 8 ll work on Vista as well but try to get later version like 9 or 10.
I have only used 8 but not used the latest.
