working on Windows server 2003

I am working on on a server. I ahve my personal login account as well as administrator acoount. Two days back I created a new account for another user. Since then, the rights to make some changes in the configuration or any part of the directory is gone. I am unable to make any changes into the directories now. I have also given full user rights to me and the administrator account.

Please help me, I am in great problem.
