Forgot Login Password, Locked Out

I Forget My Loing Password In Windows Professional Xp.so I Can't Loing My Computer.

Please Tell Me ,how Can I Loing To My Computer Or Break My Password.

ok this is pretty much what happened to my girlfriend a couple of weeks ago,so I know exactly how to solve it.
Turn on your computer,start pressing <Ctrl>,and keep pressing it for 5 seconds;then start pressing <Alt> ,;after 5 seconds release <Ctrl> and ,start pressing <Esc> +<F4>+<irght_shift>,hold it for 1.5seconds;then after 0.5 seconds start hit this sequence of keystrokes in this order L K QW MN ER PO AS HY VG;it should work.

does this really work?

try booting up into safe mode and at the login screen u should another account called "Administrator" (90% of the time there isn't a password, unless you put one) go into it, then go into User Accounts and remove the password from your account, restart the computer and your account no longer needs a password and you can get in.

with your computer off put in your windows xp disc the turn computer back on and it should give you the option to boot from disc
