How to bring back RUN on my start menu?

Hello Friends,
I'm not finding the RUN , Folder Options, and Task Manager in my Computer Which runs WinXp Pro. Can anybody give me the solution......

Group Policy Editor ought to do the trick. There are many tips in this thread

With Classic Menus turned on:
Right-click the Explorer menu bar, pull down to Properties.
Click the Start Menu tab on the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog.
On that tab, click the Customize... button.
In the Customize Classic Start Menu dialog, check the Display Run check-box.
