I have a website now o want to set a domain name for it and make my pc a web server how can i do this.

As the Windows Forum is more of a System Administration Q&A forum than it is a web devoted forum, you may find more response in on of the Web Development forums listed under the "Forums" menu, above.
I'll keep this post here, though, in case one of our experts has some experience with this subject.

I know that this was a web case.
But in web development forum they are all of web developers not windows expert.
But in my case it is a software case in which therre are some softwares by which i can made my pc a web server and how to operate it this will be known to a windows expert.

On the other hand, the IIS Forum, for example, is all about web host administration.

You are welcome. Also note that the Apache Forum also deals with these issues, but on Windows you'll want to learn about WAMP to put that free web server software to use.
