Is it possible to restrict specific files & folders on C: Drive from other users

Hello

In my quest for knowlwdge i would like to know if it possible to hide or restrict certain folders on the C drive from other users who log and use the same computer as the administrator i.e. (Me)?
I am using xp pro
there are 2 other user who are limited users.
Only one Computer

Also is it possible to set up a guest a/c and restrict them from all files on a computer c drive?

It should be: Right-click the folder, pull down to Sharing and Security and check the "Make this folder private" box in the Properties dialog. But it's grayed out on my system (maybe because I don't have any limited accounts), so I can't test that for you. Let us know how that works out for you.

I haven't read these articles yet (Google search: microsoft "Make this folder private"),but in spite of themselves, Microsoft does know what they're talking about, sometimes:You Cannot Select the "Make This Folder Private" Option and How to configure file sharing in Windows XP.

Happy discovering...
