the registry ...why?
Is there actually a file, which includes all registry entries? It must be saved in some format, that not only regedit can read, mustn't it?

Yeah.
I want to make a software by which you can change your password and other windows settings.
Is this a good idea.

There are loads of programs that can change Windows settings, so it must be possible. In which Language are you planing to write it?

I guess, if your program is well done and has a few nice features, it won't be wrong - but you'll have to do a lot of reading, as you'll have to learn how to work with the registry very well.

Just out of interest: What were you thinking of changing apart from the password?

Greetings,

Thanx for ur suggestion.
Actually i want to make my own windows tweak, but a easu tweak. There are many softwares to do such thing , i want but ur own tweak is ur own.
And i get this idea because i have found a simple user who have not know many things and shortcuts and settings about windows can change and access these settings and features easily. There are some tweaks but some of them are also difficult to understand so i want to do some thing like easy. :-)
Thanx again.
And i m doing this thing with vb6.
