Controlling of DNS using asp.net programming

Hi Expert's,
I'm caught in a very serious problem.
Actually i have made a Cyber cafe Magagment system and that work nice.
in that their is a user login untill the user login his account time doesn't start.

Now the problem is that when a user sit's on a work station he shouls not able to open any web site until he login to the system and as soon as his username and password's verify's than he should be able to access all the web site and the internet.however the LAN should be avail to him at any moment no matter he log's in or not.


Plz help me out.

You can not use ASP to solve this problem. I believe this is a system admin issue, so I'm moving you to the windows forum.

You cannot do this using ASP.NET.

how did you setup these accounts? where are the usernames/passwords coming from (database?)?

What version of windows are you running?
