There are alot of issues that could come up in this area but... to list all the possiablitys would be point.less and doesnt really help anything... let alone be to many!!!

If you could give more details on what issue you face at hand I am sure one of us here have a fix for it =)

Take a car battery. Attach jumper cables to one side. Attach the other side to your Exchange server. That should short it out pretty easily.

(FYI - the above was a joke, don't actually try to do it...)
