It's probably OK to just disable it from trying to load.

Go to Start|Run. Type msconfig. Uncheck the program with that name on the Startup tab. Click OK, then Restart button.

Hope that helps.

Yeah its a virus, I was infected with that virus before. It creates files to your startup with a filename empty and creates multiple application with an icon of a folder. It also schedules you to open a certain site. The virus edits your registry so you can aopen a specific file every startup. Try AVG to scan for viruses.

Ok. The fellow at virusencyclo have a different way of doing what I have suggested:
3. Removing Autostart Entries from System Files

Malware sometimes modify system files so that they automatically execute at Windows startup. These autostart entries must be removed before an affected computer can be restarted safely.

1. Open the SYSTEM.INI file. Click Start>Run. In the Open input box, type SYSTEM.INI, then press Enter. This should open the file in your default text editor (usually Notepad).
2. Under the [boot] section, locate the line that begins with:
shell=Explorer.exe "C:\WINDOWS\eksplorasi.exe"
3. From the same line, delete the malware path and file name:
"C:\WINDOWS\eksplorasi.exe"
4. Close the SYSTEM.INI file and click Yes when prompted to save.

There something that continually runs in your registry. Have you tried what Bartonc said?

Check your startup for any malicious programs running. Check your scheduled tasks too.

Follow these steps:

Removing Autostart Entries from the Registry

1 Removing autostart entries from the registry prevents the malware from executing at startup.

2. If the registry entries below are not found, the malware may not have executed as of detection. If so, proceed to the succeeding solution set.

3. In the command prompt, type REGEDIT, then press Enter.
In the left panel, double-click the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>
Windows>CurrentVersion>Run
In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
• On Windows ME, 2000, XP, and Server 2003
Bron-Spizaetus = ""%Windows%\ShellNew\sempalong.exe""
• On Windows 98 and NT
Bron-Spizaetus = ""\ShellNew\sempalong.exe""
(Note: %Windows% is the default Windows folder, usually C:\Windows or C:\WINNT.)

4. In the left panel, double-click the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>
Windows>CurrentVersion>Run

5. In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:

Tok-Cirrhatus = ""%Windows%\Application Data\smss.exe""

6. In the left panel, double-click the following:
HKEY_USERS>.DEFAULT>Software>Microsoft>
Windows>CurrentVersion>Run

NoFolderOptions = "dword:00000001"

3. In the left panel, double-click the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>
Windows>CurrentVersion>Policies>System

4. In the right panel, locate and delete the entry:
DisableRegistryTools = "dword:00000001"

5. In the left panel, double-click the following:

Have you tried checking the startup section of msconfig. Click Start, click Run, type msconfig in the "Open:" box. The msconfig utility will open, click on the Startup tab at the top. Search for eksplorasi in the list of programs. Make sure to check for multiple listings and uncheck the boxes next to each instance in the list. Click Apply at the bottom, and then click OK. Then click the appropriate box to restart your computer and see if the problem is fixed. If it is not, run msconfig again, and then see if the program has been rechecked. If it is rechecked, then the virus is still active and you need to remove it with an antivirus program.

Try this registry cleaner too, its fast and easy to use:

I see you got bronstab.exe running. Its a virus.
C:\WINDOWS\ShellNew\bronstab.exe
What's the expopup.exe? Is that your program?
If that's not your software, better delete it....

Check again your start-up and registry...

Its easy to edit now that you know whats running.

Do my post #19 again. look for bronstab. Please ask me if you don't understand or cannot follow the instruction.
