UNC Path and FilesytemWatcher

Ok here's the setup that I have currently.
We have 4 different servers
No.1 SQL database
No.2 Filestore server (Storing diffenrent kinds of files)
No.3 Active Directory (for authenticating users who wants to log into the system)
No.4 Commonications Server (retrieves files from the Filestore server and also sends out emial notifications and so on and retrieve all other data that is needed), there is also a Filesystemwatcher on this server.

And then we have IIS which runs everything

The whole system was built on Visual Studio 2003. (Where the mail attachment differ from VS 2005).

And me and the other sys admin's pc is running XP SP2.

Now what happens is the Communications Server retrieves files from the Filestore and attach it to emials to be sent by specifyng a UNC path to the Filestore server and retrieve the relavant file which is the attached to a email and sent to that person.

All worked fine on my system and the other sys admin's pc, but I don't have Automatic windows updates on where the other sys admin does. And a couple of days ago after a specific update the other Admin's whole mail sending won't work anymore.

It gives the current error: "invalid system.web.mail.attachment" and also "cannot find the UNC path specified".

As stated my system works fine but not for the other sys admin who has Updates on.

Could someone please tell me what to do as I havespent countless hours searching for a answer on the web.
