How to undelete a file after I empty my recycle bin

Hi, this is my first post on here, and I am am here because I seriously need some help with my Vista. My problem is I accidentally deleted nearly all my save files for my favorite game, about 30 hours worth of gameplay. It goes without saying that I really don't want to do all that game content again...I know the files should be in the Recycle Bin because I only did this last night, but when I click a file there is no Restore option. If anyone knows what's going on, or how I can get my save files back, please let me know. Thanks!

Heya, amocksun. Welcome to TSDN!

The good news is that when you empty the recycle bin, Windows does not actually delete your files; rather, it deletes directory entries for those files so that your computer thinks that there's just empty space where your files used to be. But the data is still all there.

All you need is some good data recovery software.
