computer crashing

Hi,
I'm having a slight problem with windows xp with sp2 loaded. it seems that there is either a software problem or hardware problem and I have done eveything that microsoft suggested to do on both problems i get a send or don't send message and have sent it in and the feed back was to do the following and i did it and still getting nowhere.

the problem is that when I use the computer normally (not on the internet) it works fine and then when I go on the internet the computer reboots by itself and then that message comes up send or don't sen my question is would it have anything to do with sp2 installation? if so what do i do to fix it?

this is what it says:::::

delete everything only inside that Temp folder (DO NOT DELETE THE FOLDER), even any hidden files that come up (if none do, don't worry).

open your browser, should be fine now.

good luck

i think its a RAM issue, cuz according the ie7's page its requires 64 MB or RAM (since its made by M$ most likely it will need more) and u only have 44 available...

i'm pretty sure its a ram issue, but i could be wrong

It's really no problem for me to merge threads. It's just a tip for next time.

Your trouble does sound like it is only related to that specific web game.
Issues that I can think of include:
Out of data JRE (Java Runtime Environment) - go to the Java site for automatic scan and update
Old video driver
Etc.

Perhaps there is tech support for the game that you are playing (on their site).

The funny thing is; one of my machines is now bombing on IE7.
I use Firefox on my main machine and really like it. It's worth a try anyway.
