Unless you have to, avoid services.

Could you perhaps just put the program into the startup folder for the user?

.NET has a Microsoft.Win32.Registry object you can use to edit the registry settings.

You could also consider the the Startup group in the startmenu

It isnt a registry key. Its a folder in the start menu. If you place something in that folder, it will be ran on start up. Hence, place your program in there, and it will run.

So you want it hidden from other users if it did reside in there?

Or hidden from all users?

Or a hidden startup process?

Using regedit.exe, navigate to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Create a new key here, and set the Value Name to what you want the application to be shown as.
Set the Value Data to be the full path of the file you wish to run.

I want to hide the file from all users.
-----------------------------------------------------
[IF Possible]:
Do you can hide the file, and the file is hidden when someone enable the "Show Hidden Files" from control panel>Folder option.

Thanks.
