I need some help here my dell has a virus. Things keep popping up on the screen. For examle when i click to go to internet explorer another application will pop up. If anyone could give some advice that be great.

its most likely adware and/or spyware. Download Ad-Aware, install and scan.
or sometimes system restore can do the trick, thats what i've done to other people's computers. Only works if u know when it started cuz u don't want to go too far back and not far enough.
try Ad-Aware first.

Dell really sucks it is a terrible computer system. If you really want to get the virus of check the posts the admin gave me he's smarter than me about virus protection. Honestly buy a new computer. Gateways the best.
