ocx update problems

Hi to everyone!
I have a problem. There is a software that uses ocx files. Files are downloaded from server and registered on the client machies using a HTM page:
<OBJECT
classid="clsid:36752851-1999-4843-BE06-C013811149C3"
codebase="http://192.10.10.07/files/work1.ocx#version=1.0.0.5"
width=350
height=250
align=center
hspace=0
vspace=0
>
</OBJECT>

Sometimes client machines refuses to download and instal new versions of ocx.
Is there a way to do this corectly?
