Let me be sure I understand your question here.

You are seeking to set up your 2003 server so lets say "Your Office" has 20 computers and you need "20" individual e-mails and you want the server to be that host??? so say "johnd@yourserver.com" Is this correct?

And of course it can be done.

Please verify that is what you want and I can walk you through how to set up a mail service on Win2003 using "MS Outlook"

I also need to know if this will be a local mail service “In an office?” on the same network?

I had forgot to ask you...do you have a copy of exchange server????

Here is a link you will need this if I am to help you set this up please let me know.

http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/default.mspx

I am sorry for the late replays I work full time and go to college full time as well but I will stay on this... unless someone else thinks they can walk him through befor I can get to it feel free!!! Other wise I will be writing your steps soon!

For internal e-mail I suggest Windows 2003 small business server or Standard Server. Install exchange and follow all the wizards (this is done by default in sbs) Now for the external e-mail put all the info into POP3 connector and assign to appropriate users.

Now you will have external and internal e-mail going to the same place - the users inbox. They will be able to access it using Microsoft Outlook client in the office and Microsoft outlook web based online.

Figure out what you want to do and how you want this to be deployed security wise. I recommend running the exchange server separately from your main server.

Good Luck,
