I would like to buy a new laptop. i want to know the best system requirement which will help to run .net frame work and macromedia flash smoothly. Need to know suggestions on using the celeron processor for the above requirements.
Now this is a fun question =)

First of all, how much are you looking to spend?
Second, I would look at HP's Laptops they are rather Cheap and come loaded with all kinds of goodies packed in them for example I my self not to long ago was looking for a laptop that would run my Photoshop CS and Flash and several other programs while I was working. And I normally don’t BUY from a deal or maker such as HP, I have always custom build my computers but it becomes a drag after awhile and costly. So I ran across an HP Model dv9000

For what it seems you want to do I would suggest this model or better.
I have the following

Intel Core2 Due
1.66 GHz,
2.00 GB of RAM (DDR2)
(2) 80 gig Hard Drives
NVIDIA 7600 256MB RAM stand alone

I will tell you this laptop has NO ISSUES running what I want if you are a big Flash guy / graphics even movie maker I would stick with the Core Duo 1.66 or higher!+++ and 2.00 GB of RAM if movies try to get at least 3Gigs of ram+++ DDR2

And be sure you get a stand alone graphics card as well

Like I said HP is a really good place to take a look. If you feel you need any farther help just let me know what exactly you are looking to do on this laptop and I will pop a few links on here for you to take a look at.

Good luck!
