There was a time when you could remove a BIOS password by resetting jumper pins (inside the box).....but this is not necessarily a good way to go.

If you have recently purchased the computer, I woudl suggest asking who you bought it from what these passwords might be......if it was their computer they would probably know

hi there,

to remove the bios password, u'll have to open your chassis. on your motherboard, see if you can find JBAT near the cmos battery. make sure to turn off your PC, the jumper is set to 1 and 2, then change it to 2 and 3, power up your pc, note that your pc won't boot up. turn off your pc and the avr as for your safety procedure..return the jumper setting from 1 and 2. then boot up your pc. you will have to config your cmos settings.

For resetting your admin password. I have a utility for that. It's called password renew. If you can find that on the net that would be better.

That program will only work if you are under a domain. However i'm not to keen on helping people remove admin passwords at all. But a tip for the next time you install windows is to make a password recovery diskette. Not saying workarounds dont exist, but as it seems you need to remove both bios and admin passwords it seems kindoff fishy to me atleast :)

Sorry. We will not help you subvert security measures (even to play games). It is against policies of this site to do so.

Hi

there is a way to reset ur admin password.

But u need to logon to dos prompt.. Because thats a Dos command.

If u want to know that comand just IM me.
I think its not fair to break admin passwords under security measures.

If u forgot ur password of your own PC then no problem.

You cannot remove the administrator password in windows xp unless you have the software to crack the administrator password. Try to create an administrator account in windows xp. Even if you're only a limited account user you can still create an administrator account.

Try the following:

1. Restart the Windows then Run it in Safe Mode/Safe Mode with Networking (or just press F8 when the system has been loaded before the loading windows xp appears).
2. A new administrator account will be added.

Hey sajjadnasiri,

First of all before i start i would just like to respond to lotus18 by saying that most people do put a password on that administer account. If not then that is a great way to use it.

This will do the trick although do not use this to crack computers and i take no responsibility.
take out the "" they are just showing what to type

1. Start > run > type "cmd" if that doesn't work "cmd.exe"
2. Type "net user". Look at the name of the admin accounts
3. type "net user bob *"
4. confirm new password.

Alright i hope this helps.
