Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. That's your LAN IP address. Not a port. Ports are IP:port#.
  2. You can Start-> Run ping 192.168.1.4 to see your IP services are running.

Here is a list of publicly registerd port assignments.
************************************************** **********************
* PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: *
* *
* 1. UNASSIGNED PORT NUMBERS SHOULD NOT BE USED. THE IANA WILL ASSIGN *
* THE NUMBER FOR THE PORT AFTER YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED. *
* *
* 2. ASSIGNMENT OF A PORT NUMBER DOES NOT IN ANY WAY IMPLY AN *
* ENDORSEMENT OF AN APPLICATION OR PRODUCT, AND THE FACT THAT NETWORK *
* TRAFFIC IS FLOWING TO OR FROM A REGISTERED PORT DOES NOT MEAN THAT *
* IT IS "GOOD" TRAFFIC. FIREWALL AND SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORS SHOULD *
* CHOOSE HOW TO CONFIGURE THEIR SYSTEMS BASED ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF *
* THE TRAFFIC IN QUESTION, NOT WHETHER THERE IS A PORT NUMBER *
* REGISTERED OR NOT. *
