Chainz-

First of all, I would change your password with your internet service providor.

After that, you could create a second user account on the computer (and then lock down all the others), so that his user profile can't user internet explorer.

What OS are you using?

Operating System.

Windows XP Pro, XP Home, RedHat/SuSE/Debian/Gentoo/about a million others flavors of Linux, MS Server 2003, etc...

If you use the instructions on how to access the menus in the other thread, you can create a profile there as well, one that you can then lock down to give more limited access to someone else.

In the same place you can add a user. (Start->Settings->Control Panel->Users or Right-click My Computer->Manage->Local Users and Groups)
