Windows Installer pop-ups

I cannot SEND emails without getting a pop-up from Windows Installer. It reads as follows:
The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package MAIN SP3ff.MSP in the box below.

It doesn't matter where I click, the same message pops up,and after clicking 4 or 5 times, I then get a message that says "The spell check on this document was halted. Do you want to send it anyway?

I will say Yes, and the email gets sent.

I also get the Windows Installer on other areas - ADD and REMOVE Programs as well.

Any ideas? Hope so!!
