RDO on windows 2003 server

Hi,

This is the case...

I'm trying to install some applications on a windows 2003 server sp1.
The applications I'm having problems with are developed in VB6 using RDO.
The error messages I'm getting are as follows:

Application1 after installation and starting the application:
"ActiveX component can't create object."

Application2 after installation and starting the application:
"Automation error"

So the question for me is... Is it possible to run applications using RDO on a WIN2003 server?
Is there a fix I need to run on the server to get it to work?

The server is running MDAC ver. 2.8
The msrdo20.dll is registered on the server(manually registered).

Some help on this would be appreciated.

Best regards!
