Problem with Deploy/Package on XP Pro

Hi - I'm having a problem and hope someone can help me.

I created an application in VB6 on a W2K machine. I used the package/deployment wizard to create a setup program.

Installing my software on Win98, W2K an XP is OK. But I have a problem when installing on XP PRO. The setup says that system files are too old and will be replaced, then ask for restart. But, after restarting the machine, the setup always says that system files are too old, and so on...

For information, I'm using DAO 3.6 and MSFlexgrid with my software, DLLs and OCXs are included in the setup package.
