Best advanced book for C++ for Windows SBS Server 2008 (32 and 64 bit)

What is the best book for learning to code in C++ for Windows Small Business Server 2008. I am guessing that it should be C++11. I do not want ".net". I do not want Visual Studio.

If the book includes instructions for 32 bit, that is fine.

If the book includes instructions for 64 bit, that is fine.

Converting between the two 32 to 64 and 64 to 32 would be fine.

If there are a list of multiple books, list up to 10 in order of overall value.

Not programming for dummies level. Advanced is best. At least intermediate level is acceptable for now.

Thank you.
