How to protect folders and contents from active directory centrally?

Dear SIr.

I want My Important Files to be Password protected from the Active Directory centrally..

Window server 2003
When ever the User tries to copy the Folder and its contents its should as for the administrator Password..

Help me to Protect My Documents..

make the Share Folder from the window server what ever it is and the Then add the user on the security Tab of the folder To whom you want to Authenticate ...
