can't manage win 7 client from win server 2003 domain

hiz all,

i've joined win 7 client to win server 2003 domain successfully.

and computer account added automatically to computers container in active directory as expected..

i right click on win 7 client object from computer container and choose manage,

it opens win 7 computer management console.. till now it's gr8 ^_^

when i try to access remote win 7 local users and groups from management console it tells me u don't have permissions

then i tried to access shares folder, gives same message, also disk management !!

i have disabled antivirus, switched off firewall.. reset computer account..

BUT ALL IN VAIN..

help plz

issue fixed by leaving the domain and rejoin it, Thx
