WinServer: Copy Share Security to NTFS Security

Hi Everyone,

I will keep it short, cause the idiotism of certain people that made me look for a solution to the following is driving me mad since Thursday.. :(

PROBLEM: I need to automate a process of copying Windows Share permission set to Windows NTFS ACL. So we essentially take a whole list of users/groups defined in Share Perm and bring it over to NTFS Perm on the same file.
This needs to happen for all files on the Win2008 file server (so no chance to do it manually).

Reason behind: Idiots in Netherlands didn't know about NTFS security and locked everything down with share access limitations. Server is being consolidated now, we need to build DFS and it's not gonna work this way :(

I have some PowerShell experience and I know it can do magic, but there's no way I'll manage to put this chunk of code together by next week, so I hope I am not the only person in this world who realized that he needs a script for a stupid thing, which is a result of stupid Admin people...arrhhh...anyway...

Thanks in advance!!! :)
