Procedure To Replace Win 2k DCs

233 100+
Our environment consists of two Win2k domain controllers, both of which I would like to replace with Win2k8 systems. One of the current DCs doubles as a file/print server, which I would prefer to leave in place for the time being. I am unsure of the exact procedure, and have the following steps in mind:

-install Win Server 2k8 on the two new servers
-move the FSMO roles off the boxes I am replacing
-verify a full sync, with NTDUtil, has completed before moving on
-run DCPROMO to remove the old servers as a domain controllers
-bring the new systems online, DCPROMO them as DC for the domain
-install DNS

What steps am I missing, should both DCs be global catalogs?
