Naked Domain on Alibaba Cloud

Anyone knows how to set up naked domains here? Naked domain means no need to type "www" when somebody want to search your website. Example just type "sampledomain.com" instead of typing "www.sampledomain.com".

For example, you have a domain name register on Alibaba Cloud, for example: sampledomain.com, then you need to bind it to an IP address or a CNAME. Then you need to go to the web console: Go to "Domains & Websites" --> Navigate to "Alibaba Cloud DNS" --> Select the domain name and click on the button "Configure". In the next step, you need to add the DNS record for this domain: sampledomain.com.

Let's make it simple, you are going to bind it to the IP: 100.0.0.1, so in the "DNS settings" page, click on the button "Add Record":


Type: A - IPV4 address
Host: @.sampledomain.com
ISP Line:Default - Return to the default value when the query is not matched to any view.
Value: 100.0.0.1
TTL: 10 minutes

Please be noted, you want the naked domain name sampledomain.com resolvable, so please type "@" in the "Host", then the naked name can be resolved, just like the above example shows you.
