Making an attributes

I have a problem on my attributes, my instructor required me of 3 attributes but I have only two example I am making student government voting system I have a table names, POSITION, PARTYLIST and PROGRAM.


In the table partylist, I have
Id(PK) and a part_name(which was the name of the partylist) my prob. is What other attributes will under the partlist, please help me also the position table: I have
ID, pos_name..

Program
ID, prog_name

Example of the program table : My course is IT and I belong to the BAT prog. The reason why I have an Program because We have a Position of Commissioners, There are Social work commissiner, IT commisioner .....
Please Help me

I told my instructor that It is impossible but she always said that the impossible could be possible. I have no Idea what else will be in my attributes

Maybe you should add the field 'MyInstructorToldMeToAddAnExtrafield' ?
