how to set an image as a rectangular border for my site

Hi, I am in the design phase of my site development and this is my first try out. Using Adobe photoshop as graphics designing tool and visual web developer for my coding part.

I have an Ipad image that I want to use as a border so that it looks like my contents are written on the transparent Ipad screen.

I have both the PSD and PNG formats available, but not sure how would I write my contents on the image. I want to bring a sort of non-editable text pane where my contents will show up on the image and it will look as if the Ipad image works as a previewer.

Please help me out on this.

Thanks

You would use the PNG image that you generate and set it as the background for your webpage or the container that you want to place it in.

I think I would set it as the background of a container that has a set width and height....that way I could set margins and padding styles so that my controls (like text areas etc) are positioned within the "screen" portion of the image.
