I am really not sure what is causing the issue, but I would hazard a guess that 41 window (WOW) is probably eating your resources.

Considering the newly released nature of FireFox 4.0.1, you may want to make sure you go on to the forums over at Mozilla and report your crash so that it can be investigated. Be prepared to provide them whatever information they need to troubleshoot.

Regards,

Jeff
