Suggestions for SMTP Relay Services

We have developed a CRM application that has the capability of sending out email. We also have a need to deliver transactional email messages from the application like user signup, password reset, etc... We have been looking at hosted SMTP relay services and so far I've found SocketLabs Email On-Demand. I was wondering if anyone else had experience with Email On-Demand or other SMTP relay services.
