My hotmail id has been locked out, unable to sign in for 3 days..

I have not been able to sign in my id for the past 2 days and for this matter, I contacted Microsoft team from two different ids. One from the yahoo id and the other one from a hotmail one. I received a reply from you them my yahoo id which is pasted below:

I had already done the same and a private discussion forum was created by Windows Live team. But its been more than 3 days and I am only writing posts over there, not getting any kind of response from the other end. Below is the email from Windows Live Team to my hotmail id (******@hotmail.com).

This hotmail id of mine is very very important to me as all my personal contacts are there and the employers also contact me there. I have already supplied enough information about my account details, the contacts, the email subjects, etc. Kindly help me now how I can get my id back.
