yahoo sign up

hey everyone i have a question...

my friend asked me to help him make an email address at yahoo...
so i went to yahoo and click sign up, i asked my friend to fill every space name, gender, birthday, where i live and postal code...

then i asked him to put an yahoo ID and click check... well no problem there... everything is done... then click "Create My Account" button...

but then it says...

"Oops...

Looks like there was some trouble creating your account. Please take a moment to review your answers."

i asked him to check every answer and he refill everything again, but the same thing shows up... i told him maybe yahoo has an error and he already create the email... so i told him to try sign in...

but then it says "email address doesn't exist" and told us to sign up using that ID

so... i am a little bit confused here... can anyone help? thanks before...

maybe the account name he wants is taken? You could also try using a different browser.
