You Tube Videos

P: 1
When i am watching a Video on youtube, it stops and starts and stops and starts, so i emailed you tube and they said it may be my browser, so i Have Internet Explorer, i uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still wasn't right, so i repaired Internet Explorer, and it still stopped and started, so then i installed Mozilla/Foxfire2, and it still doesn't play straight thru. I don't have dial up, i have cable internet. so i don't understand what the problem is, unless it could be my internet? but anyway i am so frustrated i want to watch videos on you tube. can anyone help me? i have windows 98 SE.Thank you so much if u can help and if not thanks for trying and for your ideas or suggestions.

Hmmm... Broadband connection, two different browsers: Could it be that your hardware (old computer) just can't handle the load? What hardware are you using, anyway?
