latest textfile to be displayed in listbox VB6

i want to have the latest .txt file in a folder (e:/notepad) to be opened and the text displayed in listbox.Please help am stuck.

the textfiles are generated with different name but are all .txt files.i just want to have the latest notepad text to be displayed in listbox

When you say "latest" - is this based on the name, or the update date/time?

Also, are you sure it's a listbox you want to use?
