how to use desktop app in more than one PC at a time????

database-MS access
language-VB6.0
i have attached the error screen..
database at server system..
on my desktop application i given database path at server
and LAN connected to all PC..
if i opened the app on one PC and same time if i opening on different PC its showing error and app not opening
same error scree i have attached.
