update access table to alphabetical order

1
1. table with fields id, LastName, FirstName, Address, City, State.
2. New records added to table are place at the end in last row.
3. Is there a way after a period of time to rearrange the records in alphabetica order by last name without indexing. I wish to have the default table in alphabetical order by last name including all records at startup.
